  • This one day course provides the health workforce with an opportunity to receive instruction in, and practice of, key skills needed in the remote and isolated setting including:

    - ear assessment
    - management of eye injuries
    - wound closure and suturing
    - plaster back slabbing of upper and lower limbs.

    This course is designed to meet the learning needs of the remote, isolated and rural health workforce (Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health Practitioners, nurses, paramedics, and medical officers) who may be required to utilise these skills in their workplace.

    Cost: $450 (CRANAplus members)
    Cost: $450 (non-members)
