The Commissioner for Children and Young People
is holding a consultation with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children
and young people from across WA.
The aim of the consultation is to give WA
Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children and young people a voice on what
is important to them and their hopes for the future, and to publish a report
based on their views.
Expressions of Interest are open for community
agencies to run consultations with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander
children and young people throughout WA.
Grants of up to $6,000 will be provided to
successful organisations to support the consultations with children and young
of Interest form is available on the Commissioner’s website and must be submitted by Friday 29 August 2014.
