  You can get some useful information from the Overview of Australian Indigenous health status 2011 from the HealthInfoNet website (http://www.healthinfonet.ecu.edu.au/uploads/docs/overview_of_indigenous_health_2011.pdf). The section on diabetes is on page 20.

  Hi, im a student and is taking an indigenous unit and a part of it, i have to find out information about diabetes in the aboriginal community and how it affects them and i need to know the statistics. Please and thanks :)

  We are forgetting Diabetes is curable, shouldnt we be promoting fitness and supplying free personal training sessions and Boot Camps to those who need to lose weight, using our Government funding? Or dont we have funding for that specific program?
